LIVE OAK HEALTH PARTNERS LAUNCHES HEARING CENTER

SAN MARCOS, TX – Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP), Central Texas Medical Center’s (CTMC) wholly-owned primary and specialty care physician’s group, has expanded once again, this time introducing hearing services to the community. Jasmine Burrington, a clinical doctor of audiology, will see patients at the Hearing Center at Live Oak Health Partners, located at 1340 Wonder World Drive, Suite 4301 in San Marcos.

Burrington will work in conjunction with and support Live Oak Health Partners Ear/Nose/Throat specialist Michael Blair, DO, to provide hearing and balance evaluation and treatment services.

“Live Oak Health Partners is pleased to be adding the Hearing Center to our family of clinics,” said LOHP Physician Practice Administrator Lenore DePagter, DO. “Dr. Burrington adds high quality evaluation and treatment of hearing loss and balance problems to our ENT service.”

The Hearing Center at Live Oak Health Partners provides comprehensive diagnostic hearing and balance assessments, as well as hearing rehabilitation solutions, including hearing instruments and counseling. The Hearing Center is also able to service and maintain existing hearing instruments to provide the best hearing possible.

“I am most looking forward to getting to know the people in the San Marcos community,” Burrington said. “I enjoy being able to understand my patients’ needs and lifestyles, and I am excited to start to learn about the people that make up such a wonderful city.”

Burrington, who is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, moved to San Marcos from the Pacific Northwest, and, being born with significant hearing loss herself, is committed to helping her patients find the right hearing solution for their lives.

“I learned through my own experience with hearing aids for all these years that it is essential to find a hearing solution that is right for each individual,” she said. “I want to give my patients the opportunity to benefit from my journey with hearing loss and hearing instruments.”
